Range Health is a health plan serving select markets in the Mountain West, with a focus on Medicare Advantage products. Range Health is part of Gemstone Holdings, a not-for-profit mutual insurance holding company group based in Idaho and serving the Mountain West.

Range Health plans to begin offering Medicare Advantage plans in select parts of the Mountain West in 2027. We are building our provider network now to meet state and federal regulatory timelines.
