Privacy statement
The privacy of our customers is of utmost importance to Range Health. Please read our Notice of privacy practices for more information.
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, e-mail address, name, IP address, driver’s license number or state identification number, social security number, home or work address, zipcode, and phone number.
- Payment Information. We may collect your payment information as well, but note this is processed by our third-party payment processor.
- Demographic information, such as your age, gender or place of residence.
- Internet or other similar network activity, such as your browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.
- Inferences drawn from other Personal Information, such as your preferences, interests and favorites.
We collect personal information both directly and indirectly from you. Information collected indirectly may include the type of device or software you are using when you connect to the site, which is collected automatically. Information collected directly includes information that you provide, such as your phone number, when you register on our site or contact us for support.
Range Health uses the information collected from and about you in the following way:
- Our primary use of your personal information is to operate the site and verify site users’ identities, making information about your health benefits and health care options accessible to you.
- Range Health may also use personal information when responding to an online inquiry.
- Range Health uses information about your computer hardware and software for the operation of the site, to maintain quality of the site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the site.
- Range Health also uses information about page visits, views, and session length to improve the overall website experience and determine which areas of service are most important to website users.
Range Health does not sell personal information to third parties. We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties and for the following reasons:
- Service providers: Range Health may share data with trusted third party service providers for example to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or process payments. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Range Health, and they are required by contract to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
- In the course of any reorganization process including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of all or substantially all of our assets.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This site is not intended or designed to attract children younger than 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we know is a child younger than 13 without parental consent. If we find out that we have collected Personal Information of any child under 13 and do not have parental consent, we will delete it.

We, and third parties we allow, may use session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies only last for the specific duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser. Plan disclosures
Range Health Service, Inc. is a Medicare Advantage plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Range Health Service, Inc. depends on contract renewal. The benefit information provided is a brief summary, not a complete description of benefits. Limitations, copayments, and restrictions may apply. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, provider network, premium and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1 of each year. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Most people will pay the standard monthly Part B premium in addition to their Medicare Advantage plan premium. However, some people will pay higher Part B and Part D premiums because of their yearly income). Range Health is committed to receive high-quality care. Through our Quality Improvement Program, we look for ways to better support our member’s health and their experience with us. Each year, we review the program to identify what is working well and strategize about ways we can improve.

HEDIS® is a standardized set of quality measures used to evaluate health plan performance and improvement. Using HEDIS measures helps Range Health identify opportunities to improve preventive care, chronic condition management, and other services that support better health outcomes for members. Because health plans use the same measures, HEDIS® also provides a consistent way for members, providers, and regulators to compare quality and track progress over time.
